Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses the Minecraft servers provided by VIVA-MC (the "team"), including the main server, build server, event server and resource world, as well as the official site and official Discord (together, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to these terms, the Rules and the Privacy Policy.

If you're a minor, please get a parent's or guardian's consent before using the Service.

• Use your own Minecraft account. Using someone else's account, or lending, borrowing, buying or selling accounts, is prohibited.
• Anything done with your account is treated as done by you.

• In-game currency, items, land and so on can only be used within the Service. They have no cash or other monetary value.
• Exchanging them for cash or items in other games (real-money trading) is prohibited.
• Event prizes are also in-game currency or items unless stated otherwise.

If you break the Rules or these terms, or the team judges your behavior to be disruptive, the team may take the following actions. The team makes the final decision.

• Warning
• Temporary suspension (tmpban)
• Permanent suspension (ban)
• Removal or confiscation of builds, items or in-game currency involved in the violation

If you disagree with a penalty, let us know with a Discord ticket.

• We may stop the Service without notice due to maintenance, network or equipment failures, disasters and so on.
• We may add or remove plugins, change how things work, reset the resource world regularly (on the 15th of each month), or temporarily change the server address (temporary address).
• In unavoidable cases we may roll back data.

The Service is provided free of charge. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the team, the team is not liable for damages caused by stopping or changing the Service, data loss or rollbacks, trouble between players, and so on.

Trades and agreements between players are the responsibility of the players involved.

We may feature screenshots of builds and scenery from the server on the official site or in announcements. If you'd rather we didn't, let us know with a Discord ticket.

The team may change these terms when needed. Changes will be announced in the news on the official site, and using the Service after the announcement means you agree to the updated terms.

Questions and requests about the Service are handled through tickets on the official Discord.

VIVA-MC is not an official Minecraft service. It is not affiliated with or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Your use of Minecraft is governed by Mojang's and Microsoft's terms (the Minecraft EULA).
