We made two changes to the rules.
1. The griefing ban now applies only inside claimed territory. It used to apply everywhere, but from now on it covers territory only. Builds outside territory aren't protected, so protect anything important with Lands.
2. Support for griefing and similar problems now requires a Discord ticket. Open a ticket with what happened, where (coordinates), when, and screenshots. We can't handle requests through in-game chat, private messages or anything other than a ticket.
